Baseball Cut 10oz. Certified Angus Beef topped with a garlic-onion demi glaze.  (This is a thick cut * please allow ample time for preparation)

A Lamb Sirloin seasoned and served with a honey mustard sauce.

New York Strip Steak                                                       

12oz. Certified Angus Beef - Full of flavor topped with sauteed mushrooms.

BBQ Baby Back Ribs                                           1/2 Rack   

Slow roasted, fall off the bone tender, baby  back ribs glazed with Bonkers BBQ sauce

French Cut Pork Chop             

A thick cut 10oz. Salmon Creek Chop topped with maple glazed apples. (Please allow ample time for preparation)

Bonkers' Chicken Breast   

Chicken breast topped with onions, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, swiss and provolone cheese.

Black and Blond sesame encrusted Ahi tuna seared rare, finished with a mango-lime puree and wasabi sauce.

Idaho Trout 

Trout filet lightly seasoned, grilled and topped with green onions, spinach, garlic and tomatoes in a white wine butter sauce.

Coconut Shrimp 

Six large golden fried coconut shrimp served with a pineapple/apricot dipping sauce.

Golden Breaded Shrimp

Six large breaded shrimp fried to a golden brown and served with spicy cocktail sauce.

Halibut Filet

Halibut Filet baked with diced tomatoes, capers and galic in a lemon white wine butter sauce.
