Single
Night Stays: A $25 Single night charge will be applied
A deposit
of one night's lodging is required to hold a reservation of two nights
or less. For stays of three or more nights, a deposit of 50% is
required.
10% pre-tax discount is offered for stays of
six nights or longer.
Cancellation fee is $25. Remainder of deposit will be refunded if
cancellation occurs a minimum of fourteen days prior to first night's
stay. Reservations cancelled less than two weeks (14 days) prior to first
night's stay will forfeit deposit unless room(s) are re-booked, guests
receive refund in proportion to specific rooms that are re-booked.
In
consideration to the increased allergic sensitivities of individuals, we
do not allow aromatherapy or the burning of incense in our guest rooms..
Check-in
time is between 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. ARIZONA TIME
Check-out
time is 11:00 a.m.
