Deposit
Amount Required: A deposit
of one night's lodging is required to hold a reservation of two nights
or less. For stays of three or more nights, a deposit of 50% is
required.
Payment
Types: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and
American Express and Travelers check or cash accepted
upon arrival. We are now accepting bedandbreakfast.com gift cards
at check-in, please ask for more details.
Cancellations:
Cancellation fee
is $30
per room reserved and non-refundable. Remainder of deposit will be refunded if
cancellation occurs a minimum of fourteen days prior to first night's
stay. Reservations cancelled less than two weeks (14 days) prior to first
night's stay will forfeit deposit unless room(s) are re-booked, guests
receive refund in proportion to specific rooms that are re-booked.
There are NO refunds for EARLY departures
