Reservation Policies & Booking Conditions
Dreamkatchers Lake Powell Bed & Breakfast is a small, privately owned business and due to our small size, cancellations, especially those made close to your scheduled arrival date, impact us significantly as it makes it extremely difficult for us to rebook your room. For this reason, we must enforce a strict cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy: Should it become necessary to cancel your reservation with us more than 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit, less a $30 processing fee per room reserved.
Cancellations less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date will receive a credit voucher that can be used for a future stay. The credit voucher will be valid for 3 (three) years from the date of cancellation. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival date, or in case of a no-show, no refund is given and you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the reservation.
There is no price reduction or refunds for early departures. Rates are based on single or double occupancy; a $25 charge will be added per night for an extra person in our Classic Room.
Deposit Requirement: A deposit of one night's lodging is required to hold a reservation of two nights or less. For stays of three or more nights, a deposit of 50% is required. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival will require payment in full.
Third Party Booking Sites: For reservations made via a third party booking sites such as Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, Orbitz or Travelocity, please reference the deposit/pre-payment and cancellation policies outlined in the reservation details on those sites. These policies may be different to those stated in the payment and cancellation areas above.
Check-In: 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. ARIZONA TIME
Check-Out: 11:00 a.m. ARIZONA TIME
Child Policy: Children age 12 and older are welcome. Note: Exceptions for Infants & Cribs/Children Beds are not offered.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Here is a great option to board your pet.
Smoking Policy: We are a non-smoking facility; therefore, smoking is only allowed outside in designated areas. Smoking on the breakfast patio is not permitted. Smoking inside the guest room will result in a $250 fumigation and extra dry-cleaning fee for our bed linens. This is for the benefit and comfort of all our guests.
Cooking Policy: The safety of our guests and this facility is extremely important to us. We do not allow cooking in our rooms at any time. The use of hot plates, crock pots, toaster ovens, water heaters, etc. is strictly prohibited. ANY VIOLATION of this policy will result in a non-negotiable $250 surcharge, and you will be asked to leave, "no refunds".
Dietary Restrictions: Please advise immediately if you are medically allergic to certain foods before your stay. We must be fully prepared for your own protection and to better serve you.

Gift Certificates Policies
Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later date up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
